Trains, Legos, Chips & Salsa

So last week my baby turned 4! Seriously, how is this even possible? I feel like it wasn't even that long ago that he was born and I felt way in over my head with a new baby. I'm amazed at the little person he has become. Since we had his baby brother Kellen hasn't had a chance to spend much time with just the two of us. We decided that for his birthday we would make a full day of it. We had a blast! His daddy met us at Fritz's which is a train themed hamburger joint. He LOVED it. I could barely get him to eat his lunch because he was so fascinated by how the trains brought the food to your table.
Once we finished up eating we walked around the shopping center for a little bit before heading over to LegoLand. Now let me tell ya, this is one of the perks of being a boy mom. I love legos and so it gives me an excuse to play with them while my kiddo gets to also. This place had all kinds of things to build, look at at, and they even had a couple rides. This place was amazing and I plan on taking him and his brother back in the future! At the end of the 'park' there is a store and we all got keychains for our keys and his back pack.
Before heading home we stopped for some ice-cream at Sheridan's. It was fantastic. Once we got home Kellen took a short nap before heading to dinner at his all time favorite mexican joint in town. He loves it mainly because his Uncle Joe (my brother) works there. We had a great dinner follow by cake before finally heading home for the night. He kept going on and on about how great his birthday was. I feel as if it was a successful 4th birthday, and can't wait for the many more to come!

Fresh Start to a New Year

I am horrible at keeping a log of whats going on so this is my next and finale attempt at doing so. Lets start fresh by introducing myself and my family.

The Mister. This is my husband Scott. The most entertaining, compassionate, fun loving, hardworking man I've ever met. He loves to do anything handy from woodworking to tiling. But he also loves to stay in and watch a movie. He's a great dad to our boys and also an amazing husband. Scott makes me laugh every day and I love him for it. I'm sure you will be hearing more about him later on. He is after all my personal superman. :)

The Mrs. This is Me...on the right...I'm Tina. I'm a super organized, laid back, happy, introvert. I have a serious obsession with notebooks and pens. I will go out and buy new ones and end up never using them just because I thought they were cute. Notebooks just call out to me for some reason. I love dancing to music and watching movies on raining days. I'm a mother, wife and employee. My family always comes first and I love watching my kids grow.
The Kiddos. The cute little one on the left is Greyson, he is 6 months old. He is the newest addition to our family and seriously the most laid back happy baby on the planet. Kellen is the one on the right and he is 4. This kid is amazing and he cracks me up. He is every bit as much like his dad as he is like me. However, he looks just. like. his. dad. These boys are our world and constantly keep us on our toes.

This is my family and this is our life. We are on a journey of creating our beautiful life.
